On Friday the students left the hotel at 8:00am going to Abu Dhabi accompanied by Mr. Yabroudi and Dr. Clemence. The first station we stopped at was the Ferrari World. It was an amazing experience, especially the fastest roller coaster in the world that some students went on twice. After staying there for about 3 hours, the interns got some souvenirs from the Ferrari store to have as memory.
The second station was the Yas marina track where we had lunch at the Viceroy Yas hotel. The restaurant has a view of the spectacular formula one race track. The buffet offered delicious food from several cuisines.
At 4 pm we arrived to our final destination which was the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, one of the biggest mosques in the world. The girls had to wear the appropriate dress before entering inside as it is a Holy place. We were able to see the fantastic architectural works in the mosques from the tiles, to the walls, to the huge chandeliers…
